Live music is back but we still want to stay safe while enjoying it. While concerts may look a little different than what we’re used to, we truly believe the excitement, thrill and connection that concerts bring will always remain. Knowing what to expect as our “new normal” brings daily changes is the best way to enjoy live music while keeping everyone safe.

Venues everywhere are adopting various social distancing and sanitation procedures to help keep fans and venue staff as safe as possible, such as:

• Contactless ticketing, where your phone is your ticket, so it never has to change hands when you enter a venue or transfer tickets
• Socially distanced seating maps and grouped ticketing packages
• Mask requirements
• Sanitation before, during and after events
• Temperature checks
• Sanitization stations throughout the venue

As venues continue opening, an event’s status may change due to developing safety policies. Each venue has the right to determine their own guidelines according to local safety regulations, so be sure to check the venue site and social media accounts for more detailed information.

We all play a role in keeping each other safe and that includes choosing to use a designated ride service when you’ve been drinking. Services like Uber and Lyft are also doing their part to keep riders and drivers safe from COVID-19 by requiring everyone to wear a face cover or mask, even when vaccinated. Drivers also may provide additional sanitation protocols.
